At Book Boss, we are committed to delivering your books quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy to understand our delivery process, estimated timelines, and costs.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). International shipping may be introduced in the future.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed same day if received before 2pm and next business day after 2pm when payment confirmation is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times across the UAE:

Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days
Next Day Delivery: 1 business day (Major Cities)

Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Standard Delivery: 20 AED
Next Day Delivery: 30 AED
Free Shipping: Available for orders over 150 AED

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days, please contact our support team.

6. Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery details at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged package.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
