Shipping & Delivery
At Book Boss, we ship quickly, reliably, and locally. All orders are packed in our Dubai warehouse and delivered across the UAE and select GCC countries.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery timelines, and shipping fees.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver:
- Across the United Arab Emirates
- To select GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Jordan
Shipping rates and timelines are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 1pm (UAE time) are processed the same day once payment is confirmed
- Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Because we stock and ship locally from Dubai, orders move quickly from our warehouse to your door.
Delivery Timeframes
UAE Delivery
- Standard delivery: 2–4 business days
- Next-day delivery may be available for select orders placed before noon
GCC Delivery
- Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days
While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier network disruptions, or peak order periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
UAE
- Standard delivery: AED 15
- Free shipping on orders over AED 150
GCC
- Standard delivery: AED 60
- Free shipping on orders over AED 300
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 2 business days, please contact our Customer Help team and we’ll assist you.
Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Reshipping fees may apply
- If a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery
Damaged or Missing Items
We stand behind every order.
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We’ll investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate
