Return Policy

At Book Boss, we strive to provide our customers with quality books at the best prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a book if:

It arrives damaged or defective.
You received the wrong book.
The book is significantly different from the description on our website. (However cover pictures may be different depending on the print edition.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

Books that have been read or used.
Books that have remainder marks (See FAQ for what a remainder mark is)
Books that have price stickers on them
Books that have been damaged due to improper use.
Clearance or final sale items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support team at help@bookboss.ae within 15 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address with an RMA number (RMA #’s are mandatory otherwise it will be refused.
Pack the book securely and send it back within 15 days of receiving return approval.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
If a return is due to an error on our part, we will refund the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

Check with your bank or payment provider.
Contact our support team for assistance.
