Where are you based?

Book Boss is proudly based in the UAE. All orders are packed and shipped from our local Dubai warehouse, allowing us to offer fast, reliable delivery across the region.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

Yes. In addition to UAE-wide delivery, we ship to select Gulf countries including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar for a shipping fee. Delivery timelines and rates are shown at checkout.

How fast is delivery?

For customers in the UAE:

  • Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon
  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–3 business days

Because we ship locally from Dubai, orders move quickly from our warehouse to your door.

Are your books authentic?

Yes. All books sold on Book Boss are 100% authentic. Some titles may include a small remainder mark (such as a dot or line on the edge), which is a common industry practice for discounted books. These marks never affect the content or readability.

We work directly with publishers and suppliers to source:

Will the book I receive match the image online?

In most cases, yes. Occasionally, cover artwork may differ due to publisher updates or print variations. The ISBN will always match, ensuring the content is exactly as described.

How large is your book selection?

We carry thousands of titles from leading international publishers across fiction, non-fiction, kids' books, education, and more. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free UAE-wide shipping is available on all orders over AED 150.

What if I receive the wrong or a damaged book?

We stand behind every order. If there's an issue:

  • Contact our Customer Help team within 15 days of delivery
  • Share your order number and details
  • We'll resolve it quickly and fairly

Do you support schools, libraries, or bulk orders?

Yes. We offer bulk order discounts for schools, libraries, and educational institutions. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
